Conservation Through Education

At Nature Walk Charitable Trust, we're passionate about promoting wildlife conservation and education through various activities. Here are some of the initiatives we've been working on:

1. Nature Trails: Join us for half-day or full-day nature trails, where our experts introduce you to the fascinating world of wildlife. We also conduct specialized birding excursions and tree walks, open to all age groups.

2. Birdfests: We're on a mission to popularize birding among the masses! Our birdfests feature birding trails, expert interactions, and bird photography sessions.

3. Nature Katta: For over two decades, we've been hosting Nature Katta every Friday from 6:30 to 8 pm. Renowned experts share their insights and experiences with participants. This free and open event is a Pune institution!

4. Film Festivals: We showcase wildlife films and documentaries, often featuring acclaimed filmmakers. These free screenings attract large audiences and spark meaningful conversations.

5. Book Collection: Our vast collection of over 2000 wildlife-related books is accessible to nature enthusiasts. Come explore and learn!

6. Wildlife Art Initiative: In collaboration with the Maharashtra Forest Department and Indian Railways, we created a wildlife-themed art project at Pune Railway Station, reaching out to approximately 2,00,000 daily visitors.

7. Guide Training Programs: We conduct training programs for guides in protected areas, enhancing their knowledge and skills to provide better experiences for wildlife enthusiasts.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to wildlife conservation and education. Join us in our mission to make a difference!

Empowering Local Guides

Our guides are local individuals who play a vital role in showcasing the beauty and wonders of nature to visitors. To ensure they provide exceptional experiences, we conduct regular guide training programs every year. These training sessions help our guides stay updated on the latest knowledge and skills, enabling them to deliver high-quality services to our guests
